Joining the quest to revitalize downtown Albany, Jankow Companies purchased a long-standing 25,000 sq. ft., 3-story office space with plans to convert it into a boutique mixed-use building. The final design will feature retail and resident amenity space on the first floor, with only 20 thoughtfully designed apartments across the upper two residential floors. The second floor will be home to Farrell Fritz, a prominent law firm.
