Jankow Cos. has secured $32 million in financing from a coalition of regional lenders to advance the redevelopment of 54 State Street and 30 South Pearl Street. The project will bring new Class A office space and luxury apartments to the heart of downtown Albany, marking another major investment in the city's future.
