New restaurant among tenants for Jankow development across from St. Peter's Hospital

Jankow Cos. has leased six retail spaces for its New Scotland Avenue mixed-use development set to open in late summer — and one of those spots will be a new restaurant from the owners of City Line Bar & Grill.

The first building of The Rise | Midtown Square includes 13,000 square feet of commercial retail space and 84 apartments at 563 New Scotland Ave.

Ryan Jankow, president of Jankow Cos., said the six retailers have leased 100% of the available commercial space.
